Scramble Wars

スクランブルウォーズ 突っ走れ！ゲノムトロフィーラリーJaponca orijinal adı

Take the characters from a number of sci-fi based animes, a stage not unlike "Wacky Races," super deformed madness, and general insanity and what you get is Scramble Wars.
